COMPANY: IRON EAGLE INDUSTRIAL SERVICES POSITION: General Laborer - Industrial Services LOCATION: Hastings, MN TYPE: Full Time Hourly COMPENSATION: Starting at $24/hr+ (Depending on Experience) SHIFT: Shifts start at 7am in Hastings (some flexibility is required - see below) About Us Iron Eagle specializes in industrial services, focusing on industrial cleaning, emergency spill response, and waste management. We are expanding our operations and seeking General Laborers to join our team in Hastings, MN! Overview This role involves intense physical demands, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment, performing cleaning tasks in confined spaces, and operating basic hand & power tools. You will perform tasks such as pressure washing, sandblasting, painting, shoveling, cleaning/squeegee, jackhammering, etc. Requirements Must have physical stamina to lift up to 50lbs Day-to-Day Responsibilities Report to our Hastings location every morning prior to being sent to various scheduled work at client locations across the Twin Cities Metro area Carry out shoveling and pressure washing duties Conduct duties in potential hazardous environments or confined spaces Perform demanding physical work, such as lifting and moving heavy objects while wearing full hazardous materials protective gear Operate basic hand & power tools Assist with pressure washing, sandblasting, coating, shoveling, cleaning/squeegee, jackhammering, and other various duties as needed Work in varying indoor and outdoor temperatures and all weather conditions Adhere to On-Call schedule - see below Occasional travel for Emergency Response events Shifts Standard shift time is 7am, however, due to the nature of our business some flexibility is required (there will be occasional start times before or after 7am. You will be notified as such). You are guaranteed FT hours Travel Due to the nature of our business in emergency response, you can expect to travel approximately 15% of the year On Call Due to the nature of our business in industrial services, you are expected to adhere to our On-Call Rotation Schedule, which requires you to commit to at least 1 On-Call week per month (Thursday - Thursday) What we Offer Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Paid Time Off + 8 Paid Holidays!
