We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance, HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical demonstrating the ability to handle various repair and maintenance tasks efficiently. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the capability to supervise projects while ensuring high-quality standards are met. RESPONSIBILITIES : Proactive planning and scheduling of work duties either on your own or with a team and management. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and fixtures.. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, Carpentry, and Painting. Ability to perform sanitation work including trash sorting, removal, shredding, and trash bin cleaning. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to communicate in English. Ability to communicate well with the property resident, tenant, store manager and maintenance staff. 2+ years of related professional experience working in a high-level private home or in a similar role or capacity. Valid Driver's License is required and legally eligible to work in the United States. Must be professional, proactive, reliable, and respect the boundaries, privacy, and confidentiality of the family. Ability to work in all weather and temperature conditions. Experienced in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, irrigation or any similar trade is a plus. Knowledge of methods of landscaping and proper use of chemicals, fertilizers, and pesticides. Knowledge of workplace safety and appropriate safety protocols. Must know how to operate basic power tools. Consistently demonstrate excellent technical knowledge of the job. Ability to identify common plants, be able to identify insect or disease conditions on plants. Desire and ability to provide high-quality service. Strong attention to detail and organization, with great time-management and problem-solving skills. Able to work in both large and confined spaces. Physical stamina and mobility include the ability to reach, kneel, squat, crouch, bend and crawl. Can show flexibility and go the extra mile when needed to get the job done.
