Position: General Counsel The General Counsel position will be proactive in providing guidance to our executive and management teams on a wide range of legal matters, including: Managing communication with outside counsel Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards The ideal candidate for this role will be: Independent Detail-oriented Responsible for analyzing and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to our operations Skilled in mitigating legal risks We reward high quality work with excellent pay, profit sharing, and a great benefits package.
