Medical/dental/vision coverage Supplemental medical coverage Special dependent coverage Vacation/holiday/sick/education time and leave (prorated to work schedule) Retirement and savings plans Relocation package Professional liability coverage Salary range for full-time/part-time openings is $376,775.00- $420,879.00. Potential premium earnings are up to $17,808.00. Salaries are inclusive of incentives depending on skills and competencies and geographic location. Potential premium earnings are based on location.
