Short DescriptionA clinic in Illinois is looking for a full-time Gastroenterologist to join an established practice. Job Quick Facts* Specialty: Gastroenterology* Facility Location: Mattoon, IL* Board Requirement: BC/BE* License Requirement: IL* Call ratio: 1:3* Ability to do ERCP is a plus but not required* Support Staff: 1 full-time and 1 part-time Gastroenterologist, and 1 NP* First time appointments and scopes are booking out 3-4 months Benefits* $600,000 base salary with a two year guarantee and uncapped RVU production* $40,000 signing bonus* $30,000 retention bonus ($10,000 at the end of each of the first 3 years)* Paid malpractice* CME - 5 days + $6,000* Relocation assistance* Strong pension plan* Health, vision, dental, life and disability coverage* 33 days paid time off (PTO) Facility and OrganizationThe health center's medical staff includes close to 200 providers representing multiple specialties.
