Health Center is seeking BE/BC Gastroenterologist to join its team. Practice includes one full time Gastroenterologist, one full time GI Hospitalist, two part time Gastroenterologists and one full time APP. Office attached to hospital for easy access to inpatient consults. Can consider 4 day a week traditional practice or 7 on 7 off GI hospitalist practice. $600,000 + bonus based on RVU production $75,000 sign-on bonus $60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3) Quality bonus up to 10% of base salary (eligible upon earning base salary) Time off varies by practice type $6,000 CME annually 1:3 call Community, Facility and Organization: Centrally located, the Health Center is a 128-bed, community hospital in East Central Illinois - 180 miles south of Chicago and 130 miles east of St. Louis. The Health Center provides a full range of acute-care, general services and home health services to approximately 357,000 residents of Coles and the surroundings 12 counties. The Health Center's active and consulting medical staff includes nearly 200 providers representing multiple specialties. A strong employed physician base means built-in referrals and excellent collaboration on patient care. In a recent survey, we ranked in the 95th percentile in employee engagement and in the 91st percentile in physician satisfaction.
