Winchester Gastroenterology Associates, an established physician-owned practice, is currently seeking a Gastroenterologist to join our growing team. Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in gastroenterology. Experience performing ERCP and EUS procedures are a plus but not required. You will enjoy : Ready-Made patient panel with an extensive referral base Opportunity to become a partner after year 1 Patient-centered care with a focus on quality Collegial and transparent culture allowing for the open exchange of ideas Strong support staff with 8 PA’s/NP’s, 15 MA’s, and Scribes Ability to Scope 85% of the time 1:7 Call with a decrease in weekend call after year 1 Compensation in the 80th percentile with over 26 days off per year Fully paid healthcare premiums for physician and family Generous retirement - funding 3% plus an additional 7% of profit sharing Community We are located in Winchester, Virginia which is a thriving community and one of the fastest growing areas in the greater Washington, DC metro.
