Job Responsibilities: Engage with potential donors and effectively communicate the mission and goals of Building Common Good. Build rapport with residents, addressing their questions and concerns and inspire them to support the causes we represent. Maintain accurate records of interactions and contributions. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed fundraising goals. Represent our organization with professionalism and enthusiasm. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Enthusiastic about fundraising and making a positive impact. Resilient and persistent, with a positive attitude. Previous experience in door-to-door sales or fundraising is a plus. Benefits: Compensation consists of a per diem of $50 plus uncapped commission and bonuses based on successful donor sign-ups.
