We are seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of excellence in healthcare.We are looking for Full-Time Nurses (Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN or Registered Nurse - RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care to our patients at both of our Louisiana locations (Leesville and Rosepine). The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient advocacy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a nurse on our team, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Patient Care:** Provide direct patient care, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed.- **Assessment:** Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify health issues and needs.- **Care Planning:** Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals and family members.- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes.- **Education:** Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment plans.- **Collaboration:** Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to coordinate care and support patient recovery.- **Compliance:** Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.- **Support:** Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families during challenging times, fostering a trusting relationship.**Qualifications:**- Valid state nursing license (LPN or RN) - Current BLS/CPR certification- Previous nursing experience in a physical therapy rehab setting is preferred - Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care **What We Offer:**- Competitive salary based on experience - Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance - Paid time off and holidays - Supportive work environment and team culture If you are a dedicated and compassionate nurse looking to make a positive impact in patients' lives, we encourage you to apply!
