Family in Indianapolis is looking for a professional full time nanny for their two children, ages 3 and 1. Schedule would be 8a-5p on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Candidate should be reliable, dependable, engaging, and active! Going on excursions, doing at-home activities like arts and crafts, or being outside will all be part of the daily fun. Experience with toddlers is a must, preschool experience would also be preferred. Additional responsibilities include doing the boys’ laundry (usually only 1 time a week), tidying up the play area, making the kids meals and taking them to doctor appointments. Family has 2 very friendly dogs. One year commitment required, family is looking for long term and position can kept for longer than a year if that works for the nanny. This is a great family to grow with! You focus on the work. We do the rest. Responsibilities and Requirements: We are looking for an engaging, child-focused individuals who are willing to have fun, play, read, do arts and crafts and other activities, and provide an attentive and safe environment for the children in their care. 2+ years childcare, babysitter or nanny experience, preferably including infant and toddler experience. Must have a reliable insured vehicle for travel to family homes.
