This opportunity offers: Competitive Compensation and Medical Malpractice Free CME - Hospital Medicine Driven w/ $800.00 Annual Bonus for Completion Full Scope of W2 Benefits including vision and dental Matching 401k Plan 7 on/ 7 off Schedule - Tuesday - Monday, 175 shifts - 25 weeks on/ 27 weeks off Our HM Program and Support: 5 FTE HM Physicians on daily 1 FTE HM Physician on night 2 APP HM NP on Days on daily 1 HNI Surgical House physician 24/7 1 HNI Medicine NP House Officer - Nights Unparalleled 24/7 Administrative Support - Dedicated HNI Program Director Open ICU, HNI Intensivists in-house or on-call / CC APP's at night - 24/7 Coverage Respond to codes/rapid response EMR- Cerner A successful candidate for HNI Healthcare possesses the following: Passion for delivering high-quality, value-based versus volume-based care. Preference for real-time, data-driven clinical decision-making. Desire to be a part of an organization that is committed to excellence. Board certified, Advance Practice Provider with inpatient experience Current, unrestricted federal, and as needed state, prescriptive authority. Current, unrestricted Ohio State license to practice.
