Full Time Customer Service Associate Responsibilities: Represent our brand in a professional and welcoming manner Ensure all customer service and sales functions are executed precisely and efficiently Document sensitive customer information such as; address and billing information accurately Upsell products and services as needed Inform customers of any new deals or sales promotion Provide expert assistance to a wide variety of questions and problems Network with elite sales professionals on ways to improve consumer retainment and increase sales margins Full Time Customer Service Associate Requirements: Naturally outgoing, enthusiastic, and friendly with a passion for providing an outstanding customer service & sales experience Ability to solve problems with ease Strong interpersonal aptitude and ability to work well in a team and independently Self-motivated and driven by a desire to exceed expectations Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to work flexible hours and weekends Reliable transportation High school diploma or GED is a MUST!
