Job: Full Charge Bookkeeper- Professional Service FirmTitle: Full Charge Bookkeeper- Professional Service FirmResponsibilities: The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: Disbursements of checks, reconciliation of personal expenses and payment of such expenses, categorizing all payments according to the list of accounts set up, managing all accounts payable (filing, invoicing, payment of) Run monthly reporting Ad-hoc reporting Prepare a schedule of regular receipts and monitor that they are received Balance checkbook on a regular basis Monitor outstanding checks and report to Office Manager if not processed by payee on a timely basis Prepare payroll on a bi-weekly schedule Maintain employee files (T&E, charge cards, insurance, bonus and salary preparation/review) Manage petty cash account Coordinate special requests and projects as directedQualifications: The right candidate will have the following: Associates degree in Accounting or a minimum of 4 years of work-related bookkeeping experience Experience with human resources related functions is a plus Strong knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks is preferredAll candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.The Eppolito Group, Inc.521 5th Avenue, Suite 1700New York, NY 10175212-292-XXXX (T)251-252-XXXX (F)XXXX@eppolitogrp.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
