About the Position: We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! Looking for someone outgoing and bubbly, with patience and empathy for others. Must have previous experience with customer service. We are a very successful, but extremely busy Family Practice! We need strong, resilient personalities! Epic software experience preferred. Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Checking patients in and out.Scheduling appointments for patients.Obtaining and entering accurate demographic and insurance information.Answering questions and sending messages to providers on behalf of patients.Reviewing and responding to patient emails.Processing Medical Records.MUST BE ABLE TO MULTI-TASK!Must have excellent grammar, spelling and punctuation.Must be able to type quickly and efficiently. HOURS: 8:40am - 5:20pm Fantastic work culture! We don’t just say we value our team, we prove it! Schedule: 8-hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Salary: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour depending on experience Location: In person in Folsom, CA 95630.
