A company is looking for a part-time Payments Specialist to investigate and resolve payment disputes while preventing fraud. Key Responsibilities: Review and resolve payment and subscription disputes in Stripe Engage with customers and internal teams to gather information for dispute resolution Monitor trends in payment disputes and develop strategies to prevent fraud Required Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in a payments-related role Experience in resolving customer issues through various communication channels Previous experience in collections is preferred Familiarity with relevant regulations, such as Reg. E and FDCPA Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
