About the Role: As a Founding Engineer, you'll design, build, and scale the platform, working closely with a talented team to solve complex problems. You'll have ownership over the services you build and grow into an engineering leadership role. Key Responsibilities: Design and build scalable solutions for the platform. Take ownership of projects from concept to completion. Mentor and manage future hires as the company grows. Requirements: 1-2 years of software engineering experience. Experience in high-growth startups or high-pressure environments. Proficiency with Go, Typescript, Postgres, and AWS. Strong prioritization, communication, and collaboration skills. Nice-to-haves: Experience building trading systems or prior fintech experience. Expertise in distributed systems. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: Up to $150,000 Equity: 1% Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage. Open to relocation candidates: Yes
