Description:
Candidate Source has an opening for experienced Forklift Operators (Sit-Down) in Chester, VA. This position is with a growing manufacturer/distributor offering 40 hours per week and weekly pay. Shift: 1st shift: 7:30am-4:00pm Duties/Responsibilities: Loading/Unloading product using sit-down forklifts and clamp trucks Transporting materials to different locations within the facility. Secure loads to the machine before transportation. Managing inventory utilizing an RF Scanner. Pick product and wrap/secure for shipment. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Must be able to read shipping/receiving documents (BOLS, Pick Tickets, Packing Lists) Experience loading/unloading trucks using a sit-down forklift Ability to work as part of cross-functional teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills. Previous experience working in a distribution/warehouse environment #IND28
