Welding Foreman Position Summary: Work directly with Superintendents and Welders to complete f abrication or pi ping projects. Communicate Welder resources, materials, means and methods, expectations, etc. for all s hop or f ield welding projects. Coordinate and d irect NDE (Non-Destructive Examination) crews to complete required VT, RT, or MT requirements. Frequently perform quality checks for fabrication and welding processes to ensure compliance with acceptance criteria. Hiring Requirements/Preferences for Welding Foreman: High School diploma or GED , or equivalent technical training. 4-6 years of applicable experience and extensive knowledge of welding and cutting processes . Basic knowledge of welding and cutting processes is preferred . OSHA 10 Construction Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training). Must maintain a valid Driver's license, obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and pass a pre-employment drug screen. At R.H. White , our day-to-day work is construction and we do it well.
