This position offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a fast-paced and respected legal department specializing in foreclosure matters. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of legal experience, preferably with a background in foreclosure law, and the ability to handle a high volume of cases efficiently. Newly licensed attorneys are also encouraged to apply, as long as they can demonstrate the ability to manage complex legal tasks with precision and attention to detail.Duties:Oversee and manage a portfolio of loans throughout the foreclosure process.Draft and review legal pleadings, motions, and correspondence related to foreclosure actions.Represent clients in court hearings, providing effective advocacy and communicating with opposing counsel.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations concerning foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections law.Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.Work independently and efficiently, managing a caseload with attention to detail and deadlines.Requirements:Active Bar membership in Ohio; Kentucky Bar membership is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, ideally with a focus on foreclosure.Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of legal work in a fast-paced setting.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and efficiently without close supervision.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active Bar membership in Ohio is required; Kentucky Bar membership is preferred.Skills:Proficiency in legal research, case management software, and general office technology.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to think critically and present clear, actionable recommendations for corrective actions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Job Location: Cincinnati, OH
