This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage in high-volume legal work, including managing foreclosure cases from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in foreclosure law, the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently, and a commitment to providing high-quality legal support. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Duties:Oversee a portfolio of foreclosure cases throughout the litigation process.Draft and review legal pleadings, motions, and correspondence related to foreclosure actions.Attend court hearings, ensure all legal procedures are followed, and communicate with opposing counsel as needed.Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional conduct at all times.Ensure compliance with relevant federal, state, and local foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections regulations.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate case management.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with a focus on foreclosure law preferred.Experience managing a high caseload in a fast-paced legal environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present solutions.Ability to independently manage tasks and prioritize competing deadlines.Proficiency in using legal software and general office tools.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active Bar Membership in Ohio or Kentucky is preferred.Skills:Exceptional organizational and time management skills.High attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation.Advanced understanding of foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections laws.Ability to analyze complex legal issues and recommend actionable solutions.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with clients and opposing counsel.Job Location:Fort Mitchell, KY
