Thorne Crest is looking for a part-time Floor Technician ! Thorne Crest prides itself on a clean and tidy facility, not only for our residents, but our entire team! Part-Time Shifts: 16hrs per week, 6AM - 2:30PM, with a weekend rotation As a Floor Technician at Thorne Crest , you'll provide floor care services throughout the community, maintaining appropriate cleanliness and safety of all flooring surfaces. Services will include but not be limited to shampooing, mopping and vacuuming, resident rooms, staff offices, dining rooms, common areas and resident apartments. The Floor technician will also strip and wax hard floors as assigned. Performs all duties in compliance with all laws, regulations, policies, procedures and standards governing the facilities. Starts at $16.00/hr and goes up based on experience! Part-Time position, perfect for those who may be looking for a supplemental job or a job while going to school or raising a family! On-site Bistro to enjoy while on your breaks, or to grab a delicious Iced Coffee when starting your shift! We also have an on-site pool that employees can use!
