We provide high-quality commercial cleaning services across , Baltimore/Owing Mills and surrounding area. We are looking for experienced professionals who take pride in their work. Key Responsibilities: Perform floor care tasks such as auto-scrubbing, burnishing, stripping and waxing, scrubbing and re-coating, carpet extraction, and bonneting. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures. Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly. Ensure a clean, polished, and professional appearance of floors in various commercial settings. Requirements: Proven experience as a Floor Technician. Knowledge of floor care procedures and the use of related equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to high standards. Reliable transportation to various job sites across Baltimore/Owing Mills and surrounding areas. Willing to Travel in company provided vehicle and gas card. *PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Must Be Able To Lift 10+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk, and squat. Must Be Comfortable Working On Feet For Entire Shift.NOTE: Must be authorized to work in the US. This is a Full-Time employment opportunity.
