Position Overview: Are you dedicated to providing outstanding service and forging meaningful connections? As a Floating Teller/Member Service Representative (MSR) at Kohler Credit Union, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional experiences to our members across our Central Branches, with your primary location being Taylor Drive- Sheboygan. You will engage with members, assess their financial needs, and recommend products and services that enhance their financial well-being. Your professionalism and attention to detail will ensure smooth and accurate member transactions. Key Responsibilities: Foster Member Relationships: Build strong connections by identifying ways to help members achieve their financial goals with KCU products and services. Meet Performance Goals: Strive to exceed key performance metrics related to cross-selling, accuracy, and member service excellence. Maintain Operational Integrity: Follow all operational and security protocols for account management and transactions. Effective Communication: Engage clearly and professionally in person, via email, and over the phone. Accurate Transaction Processing: Execute member transactions with precision and efficiency. Cash Management: Securely manage your cash drawer, adhering to all controls and procedures. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on all Teller/Member Service Representative responsibilities and actively participate in training and development opportunities. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. No prior financial service experience needed. Basic math and computer skills. Experience interacting with the public is a plus. Cash handling experience is preferred but not mandatory. What We Offer: Competitive Compensation: Starting at $17.50/hour or more, based on experience, plus an additional $1.00/hour for floating positions.
