Our goal is to provide the best possible care for our residents and instill a sense of confidence within the community. When a loved one comes to our skilled nursing facility, they will be well cared for, will feel heard, and will know that they matter. We strongly believe that the key to this is through our incredible staff! What you will do: We are searching for compassionate, forward thinking Physical Therapists who optimize patient centered diagnosis by assessing strengths and weaknesses to devise creative, effective team-based treatment plans in accordance with the physician's orders. Our Physical Therapists combine evidence based physical therapy practice philosophies to ensure the best clinical outcomes for our patients. We are searching for Physical Therapists that are effective communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills that motivate patients to restore their physical function and mobility. Must have: Must have valid WA PT license in good standing Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility PREFERRED Pay Transparency Statement Compensation for roles at Caldera Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience.
