We are seeking a competitive, high-energy, and goal-driven sales agent who thrives in a consultative environment to lead and expand our in-home sales, including flip properties, networking, database management, and B2B relationships. As a flip home sales-focused agent, you will identify flip opportunities, prospect for listings, and provide an exceptional experience by understanding client needs, assisting with buying or selling, and guiding them through the entire process. The ideal candidate will excel at building rapport with customers and developing strong, trustworthy relationships with developers and builders, all while delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities: • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM and convert them to buyers to meet monthly sales goals• Prospect and conduct lead generation activities to create new business and obtain monthly sales goals • Have an always learning mindset that enables you to grow with a supportive team• Act as an intermediary between our seller and potential buyer so the entire process is smooth and timely• Consistently networking and prospecting for new business to meet sales goals• New home developer lead follow up• New home builder lead generation• Database• CRM• Prospecting Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job• Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and loves meeting new people• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies• Knowledge of the local Real Estate market preferred• Past sales experience is preferred• Commission opportunity • Great communication Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 at plan commissions About Company: Keller Williams San Diego East Foothills is one of San Diego's most collaborative offices.
