This position will serve as the patient advocate by coordinating care in the preoperative and postoperative phases of the patient's care. This position is Monday-Friday, 8 hour shifts, and requires taking call. North Country Hospital is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital located in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont.
