Utility Supply & Construction Co (USC) is seeking to hire a Fleet Support Service Specialist to join our growing team! Essential Job Functions: Ability to prioritize, analyze, and advise repair estimates. Effective in the planning, prioritization, and timely execution of work. Demonstrates proficiency in fleet software systems. Manage vendor repair orders. Prioritize service requests, and dispatch them with proper communication. Maintain adequate repair lists, and communicate with updates with proper leadership. Schedule and track warranty/ recall issues Schedule and track LOF and PM services with third party vendors. Manage uploading documentation to proper intercompany ERP system Ensure your availability to respond to Storm or Emergency work that my occur from time to time for support of company needs. Rotating weekly on call; once per month. (Paid) Effectively work in a team environment, with internal operating groups and vendors. Considerable experience with Microsoft Excel is critical to this role. Ability to build strong relationships with vendors. Requirements: Associates degree in Business Administration or similar field preferred, or at least 3 years in fleet repair related field. Strong organizational, critical thinking, decision making, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, email, and telephone skills. Proficiency in using fleet management software and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and regulatory requirements. Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports.
