We provide prompt services and quick turnarounds by understanding our customers’ design, shipping, and quantity preferences. We have secured new contracts and are growing quickly! Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour (h ourly wage dependent upon experience) Job Duties: Responsible for preparing printed and cut jobs for shipping to customer. Review and follow the job ticket Ensure the job meets the customers' specifications and requirements (determine correct finishing method – weeding, punching, or roll inspecting, correct pack or roll amount, pack or roll type, keep different parts separate, inspect according to documented processes or methods, work on rush parts first if needed, routing to quality assurance, shipping, inventory, weekly staging, or downstream departments) Ensure all parts in each pack meet specifications and are counted correctly Ensure finished goods are accurately put into stock inventory Complete sample file folders on a daily basis Help to maintain proper inventory levels of materials Ability to analyze and resolve challenges The ideal candidate should have the following competencies: Attention to detail Multitasking – handling many jobs at once Ability to prioritize and manage time Ability to adapt to changing schedule Problem solving and troubleshooting Ability to stay up to date with changing technology Ability to work independently and confidently Clear and tactful communication Reliable and professional Patient Basic computer skills Job Types: Full-time We are ideally looking for a full-time candidate. During training, hours would be Mon-Fri 7am-3pm. After training, hours would be Mon-Fri from 10am-6pm. However, we will consider part-time candidates as well. Benefits: 401(k) matching to 4%!
