Responsibilities:• Develop and nurture relationships with clients through the provision of financial planning services and insurance products.• Perform comprehensive financial needs assessments to gain insight into clients' aspirations and objectives.• Propose appropriate investment tactics and insurance options based on the financial circumstances of clients.• Regularly evaluate and revise clients' financial plans to ensure they are in line with their objectives.• Stay informed about industry developments, regulations, and product information to offer precise and timely guidance to clients. Qualifications:• Minimum of 2 years working in the financial services or insurance sales industry.• Must possess a valid California driver's license and maintain a clean driving record, along with access to a reliable personal vehicle.• Demonstrated a history of meeting and surpassing sales targets consistently.• Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.• Key competencies include having prior experience in sales and expertise in insurance sales.
