We are looking to speak with litigation Associates to join our client's Financial Services group in Washington, DC.This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney to resume significant responsibility in the litigation of commercial disputes in federal and state court and/or arbitral forums, including drafting pleadings, brief writing, motion practice, handling discovery and the day-to-day management of cases.If you have four (4) + years' experience with securities litigation, arbitration and/or enforcement matters, this is a great career trajectory opportunity in a lean, well-run and regarded practice.No matter the financial products involved, the nature of the proceedings, or the forums in which the proceedings are set, our client represents financial services providers and other clients in their most significant disputes, in the US and internationally.You will work with several lawyers who held senior enforcement-related positions at the Securities and Exchange Commission defending enforcement matters, representing clients facing inquiries, investigations, and civil and criminal enforcement actions.The work is rewarding, the team is fantastic, and the career development and market exposure is the next level. #J-18808-Ljbffr
