Role Description The Financial Services Representative will be responsible for providing: Answer customer questions and resolves issues/problems Handles customer transactions, post transactions and follow-up transactions Identifies and conduct clients' financial needs analysis Collect data and design financial plan to assist clients to achieve financial goals like proper protection, debt free, and financial independence Interview applicants for branches Prepare statements one accounts Review and update clients' profiles Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently Strong leadership and decision-making skills Financial industry experience is an asset Requirements: Must be 18 years old and above.
