Financial Restructuring Associate Attorney

Must preferably have background in complex chapter eleven proceedings and out-of-court restructurings, on both the debtor and creditor side and the purchase of distressed assets and securities. Background should include case preparation, client-ready legal research, writing, pleadings preparation, briefing, courtroom support and presentation.
