Financial Customer Service Representative

Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Customer Service Professional to provide support in a remote call center environment. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent service for customers' retirement savings accounts Educate customers on plan updates and process account changes Participate in training to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Associates degree or higher and at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience Availability to work a 40-hour week, including outside traditional business hours Capability to work overtime as required based on business needs Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred Financial services or call center experience is a plus
