Job Overview:We are looking for a CPA with hands-on experience in a company with fewer than 100 employees, preferably within a start-up environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll. This role will require a detail-oriented individual who can handle a broad range of financial tasks independently, as there are no direct reports for this position.Key Responsibilities:Accounts Payable (AP): Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and vendor communications.Accounts Receivable (AR): Oversee accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, tracking payments, and managing collections.Payroll: Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making.Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.QuickBooks Management: Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting functions, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and provide insights to support operational and strategic decisions.

4 Year Degree, 2 To 5 Years
