Comprehensive benefits & compensation package.Job DetailsResponsibilities: Develop and implement financial policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with GAAP. Prepare and present financial reports and risk analysis. Collaborates with the CFO & leadership team to create forecasts and budgets. Create budgets and forecasts for the company. Establish and implement a training program for new finance employees. Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained. Analyze financial data to identify our company's financial status and performance. Drive the company's financial planning and decision-making. Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies. Manage team of financial assistants and professionals.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g. CFA/CPA) is a plus. Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, or a similar role for a minimum of 3 years. In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices. Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting. A proven track record of working with senior management to drive cost-saving measures through budgeting and forecasting.
