Financial Controller The Role of Financial Controller Managing a dynamic busy team of 6 within the finance team. Managing and setting departmental budgets / producing financial reports. Cashflow management Responsibilities for producing manufacturing costs Strategic relationship management with visibility across the business(networks and alliances; mergers, acquisitions and disposals). Developing and managing financial systems/models Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues Assist in the production of year-end file for auditors Supervise payments to suppliers Expense reporting and control VAT Reporting/Intrastat (e. g. sales report) Rebate management and control Developing and ensuring compliance with financial policies and controls Supporting the budgeting process Ad hoc financial analysis, including provision of financial support to strategic decision making and transactions The Company Hiring a Financial Controller Our client are a leading blue-chip manufacturer and brand and have been established for over 100 years.
