Financial Analyst, FP&A – Corporate Overhead Overview: The Analyst, FP&A – Corporate Overhead will support planning and analysis for corporate overhead departments (Marketing, Design, Legal, Supply Chain, Real Estate etc.), including both operating expense and capital investment. This position will collaborate closely with members of the FP&A team, as well as Overhead department leaders on all aspects of reporting and analysis including financial forecasting, capital planning and ROI analysis, the annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis, and special projects. Responsibilities Create meaningful, actionable and timely analyses to inform department heads of trends and exceptions and to identify opportunities to control and reduce expenses. Partner with department heads to build annual budgets and ongoing P&L forecasts, analyze business performance, and build efficiencies. Perform business case and ROI evaluation for marketing programs and capital projects. Track and analyze capital and expense spending and identify potential risks and opportunities. Assist in monthly close process for OH departments. Identify and roll-out “best practices” across OH divisions. Create and maintain ad hoc analyses of corporate overhead areas and develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
