Additionally, you will work under the guidance and mentorship of an experienced financial advisor. In addition, you will have access to training courses that are designed to educate you on the advisor role and to prepare you to successfully pass all the exams that are required to become a fully registered Financial Advisor. Responsibilities: • Collect each client’s financial information to determine financial status, financial goals, cash flow, and financial expectations• Develop and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives• Create customized financial plans suitable for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs• Aid clients in implementing financial recommendations such as savings plans, life insurance, mutual funds, and other financial products • Establish strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor and continuously identify, seek, and approach prospects Qualifications:• Entrepreneurial• Incredible sense of urgency• Self-starter• Want to help people or make a lasting impact• Interdependent• Highly motivated• Extreme desire to succeed and overcome obstacles• A need to have ownership in what you do• Some post-graduate work experience• Fully Licensed/Registered (Series 7, 66, Life/Health)• NOT REQUIRED (We provide sponsorship for those needing to pass these exams) Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 yearly About Company: North Star Resource Group is a Minneapolis-based financial services firm that provides individuals, families, and businesses with the resources needed to create, preserve, and protect their wealth.
