Please apply today, I would love to talk about the role in more detail with you The Role: Administrator Provide a comprehensive personal and confidential administrative service to all advisers Booking review meetings for advisors with existing clients (not cold calling) Processing applications Speaking to suppliers for information and passing to clients Adhere to procedures and systems which will ensure the efficient running of the Administration Team To prioritise work appropriately to meet competing demands Investigate and respond to adviser queries in a timely manner Maintain appropriate filing and record systems, including confidential documents and files to ensure immediate access when required Assist with monitoring and reporting Ensure filing, photocopying and other general administration tasks are completed in a timely manner The Person: Skills and Experience As an Administrator, you will need: Excellent customer service and the ability to build rapport Experience working within a financial setting, mortgages/ pensions/ investments Good time management and planning skills Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office Programs Strong willingness for personal development and to learn Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Adaptable and flexible Self: motivated and willing to work at times in isolation and as part of a wider team Full training will be given and for the right applicant there is the opportunity to progress within the SJP Accreditation Framework to become a Paraplanner, Mortgage Advisor, Financial Advisor.
