Key Responsibilities Assist customers in securing financing and leasing options that meet their needs and budgets. Present and sell financial products, extended warranties, and other insurance products. Establish and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to ensure competitive financing options for customers. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations throughout the entire financing process. Review and manage finance documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist in the management of the financial performance of the department, including profit margins, product penetration, and revenue targets. Provide training and support to the sales team on finance and leasing options. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any financial issues or concerns professionally. Qualifications Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of automotive finance, leasing, and insurance products. Familiarity with lender guidelines, credit applications, and contract processing. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
