Finance Manager (SUPERB ORGANISATION) Full Time 9am:5pm Mon: Fri Hybrid Working / On Site Parking A GBP 45,000: A GBP 55,000 24 days + stat Our client a successful organisation with an International presence are looking to recruit a Fully Qualified Experienced Accountant to their small friendly team. Reporting into the Finance Director you will be responsible for the smooth running of the finance department. The role: Manage the finance team and resolve any queries. Produce the monthly management accounts Contribute in the production of budgets and forecasts for current year Oversee VAT reporting and Payroll Support the production of year end accounts Support and implement processes in finance operations, with continuous improvement Support the Finance Director in the implementation of audit findings Maintenance of the finance system Staff / Process / System Development Other reasonable tasks as may be designated The package: Pension and numerous other company benefits and perks Support and implement processes in finance operations, with continuous improvement Support the Finance Director in the implementation of audit findings Maintenance of the finance system Other reasonable tasks as may be designated The candidate: Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA ideally / or highly experienced candidates will be considered People Management Significant Financial and Management Accounting Knowledge and Application Strong written and verbal communication skills Analytical skills MS Excel/Word skills and ability to work independently Personal qualities required include confidence, credibility, drive, ambition and a willingness to get involved in basic tasks Were actively shortlisting for this position now, wih interviews already being booked, to be considered for this role please apply with your latest CV for consideration.
