HVAC Field Supervisor Piedmont Service Group has been providing HVAC services to clients in NC, SC, and VA since 1971! We are currently looking for an experienced HVAC Field Supervisor to join our team in Richmond, VA . Position Summary: The Field Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team of six to ten service technicians. This includes leading by example, setting goals, expectations, and real time coaching/mentoring on commercial and administrative responsibilities including quotes and call summaries. This position will provide sales assistance through site visits and surveys and lead the new customer onboarding process. The Field Supervisor provides technical support and employee development via real-time mentoring, phone support, and field on the job training while monitoring the quality and efficiency of the work performed. Qualifications preferred for job candidates: Must have or be willing to obtain Virginia DPOR Master HVAC license. Must pass all employment screening including substances and DMV record review. 3 years of direct hands-on commercial mechanical system maintenance experience and familiar with chillers, VRF, boilers, furnaces, cooling towers, controls and CRAC unit systems/technologies. Working knowledge of BMS control systems and familiar with VAV systems. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively. Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with professional polish. Must possess universal CFC certification. Knowledge and utilization of XOI, JHA, Mobile tech and Piedmont processes a plus. Strong Leadership skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
