Contributes to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures.Partner with Regional Leader on the execution of the strategic plan for an effective hiring plan collaborating with BH Global Mobility for immigration requirements and with HR Partner and Labor Law functions.As a Field Services Engineer Mobilization, you will be responsible for: Working with Regional Ldr and HR Partner to identify in advance the proper requirements that allows to optimize the Fses resource utilization and their assignment across countries in the Region compliant with internal policies and labor law and tax regulations. Supporting Site Ops organization in making decisions understanding broader cross-functional implications. Handling complex professional task in the organization. Applying the Secondment policy and procedure when required for tax and billing purpose. Providing strategic support for OEMs mobilization process being always compliant with law and Baker Hughes requirements. Working closely with project managers and process leaders providing advice and guidance across the regions to ensure compliance with standards, continuous development of processes, and effective management of budget and resource-have a deep understanding of the financial data associated with the business. In addition, work with multiple businesses and teams to gather process and system data for integrating into a centralized service management system. Assessing the information received in the Field Service Engineer assignment order, and analyze with the different department the immigration, labor law, legal and tax requirements to be satisfied. Collaborating with the IET GTE Installation team and working with Site Ops Mobilization CoE in order to fulfil any requirement for executing installation and services in new countries, as well as supporting to drive the relevant hiring strategy to obtain the expected mix of local resources. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in Services). At least 5 years' experience in Global Mobility or Field Service Operations Be fluent in English and Spanish. Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills.
