Job Description: As a Handyman with Sparkling Craft Inc , you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair , maintenance , and installation tasks . You will use your skills to tackle a variety of on-site jobs , including fixing , assembling , and installing various systems and structures. This role requires a strong knowledge of multiple trades , attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. Responsibilities: Perform repairs , maintenance , and installations for a wide range of electrical , plumbing , carpentry , and HVAC tasks . Troubleshoot and diagnose issues accurately to determine the best solutions. Install and repair various fixtures such as lighting , plumbing , and mechanical systems . Adhere to safety protocols and follow industry regulations during all projects. Communicate clearly with clients regarding the services provided, offer recommendations, and address any concerns. Keep detailed records of all work performed, including materials used and time spent. Work closely with the team and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and with high customer satisfaction . Stay up to date with best practices and innovations in the industry to improve job performance. Requirements: Proven experience as a Handyman or in maintenance work. Knowledge of electrical , plumbing , carpentry , and HVAC systems . Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively and safely. Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach. Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites within the service area.
