Job Title: Outside Sales Representative Location: Hybrid Base Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 (DOE) + Commission (2-5%) Job Description: Leading distributor of high-quality paper goods and related products is seeking an experienced and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and market penetration. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial, manufacturing, education, catering, and grocery store sectors. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries. Leverage your existing book of business to generate new sales and increase market share. Maintain a thorough understanding of our product line and communicate the benefits and value propositions to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements to close sales and achieve revenue targets. Travel as required to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events. Travel reimbursement is provided. Attend on-site meetings at the company headquarters once a week to collaborate with the internal team and participate in strategy sessions. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, tracking progress towards sales goals. Qualifications: Proven experience as an outside sales representative, preferably in the food, ancillary, or related industry. Established network and existing book of business in target sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly motivated, self-starter.
