Benefits: • Company car• Medical• Dental• Vision• Paid Vacation/Sick Time• 401k Responsibilities: • Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures• Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles• Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information• Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel• Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice• Complete daily sales routes and appointments• Join industry organizations and attend industry trade shows, expos, meetings, and other functions• Set up and attend one-on-one lunches, company presentations for clients, and fun outings• Working closely with the Business Development Executive to communicate customer feedback• Liaises with other members of the team to solve client problems• Great communication• Follow the business plan Qualifications: • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred• Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience• Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales• Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike• Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills• Ability to show great communication• Strong planning and organizational skills• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Google Products• High energy level, sense of urgency, and results-driven• Competent in the use of CRM systems for managing prospects and customers• Ability to make a good first impression• Valid driver’s license and willingness to assist and travel (drive) within the territory 100% of the time• Must currently live in the LA/OC area.
