As a Field Sales Professional, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with in the Greater Minneapolis area. You will conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and negotiations to effectively sell our products/services to a diverse range of businesses. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment and deliver results. Responsibilities:• Identify and prospect new B2B clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.• Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.• Use our proven system to create a self-sustaining referral stream for life.• Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships.• Work with the sales team to further develop sales and communication skills. Qualifications:• Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, leadership, or business-to-business sales preferred• Ability to work independently and manage your own time• Be teachable and coachable and looking to grow within your career• Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines• Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire• Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities Compensation: $80,000+ at plan commission About Company: In our organization, we are one big family.
