We’ve built a reputation on quality, attention to detail, and strong communication with homeowners.Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced Canvasser/Field Marketer to join our team. This role requires door-to-door canvassing across Orange County to generate appointments and leads for our sales team to close. A successful candidate will be responsible for setting a minimum of 1 to 3 qualified leads per day.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years in canvassing or field marketing with a proven track record of successful lead generation.Travel: Willing and able to travel throughout Orange County.Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle required.Compensation:Hourly Rate: $22 - $25 per hour, based on experience. Up to $28 for canvassing managers!
