Field based Trainer : Coffee As an Operations Trainer your role is crucial in ensuring that the companys engineers are well: equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to repair various food and beverage equipment. Heres a breakdown of your responsibilities and what youll need for this role: Location: Field Based : South Pay: GBP37000 : GBP39000 p/a Job Type: Permanent Whats in it for you? Responsibilities: Delivering Training Sessions: You will conduct training sessions based on the schedule provided by the Regional Technical Managers. Your goal is to effectively transfer knowledge to the delegates, ensuring they grasp the required skills. Course Content Development: Develop training course content as needed to meet specific training objectives. Identify areas for improvement in training materials and escalate these suggestions as necessary. Skill Gap Identification: Assist management in identifying skill shortages within the Operations department. Formulate course content proposals for approval to address these skill gaps. Data Management: Maintain records of completed courses, including attendee lists and absences. Keep track of all engineers in the training program using tools like Excel sheets or Eagle. Ensure this data is readily available to management. Continuous Learning: Stay up: to: date with the latest technical knowledge by attending manufacturer workshops, classes, and reading technical bulletins.
