Job Summary: The Field Area Manager is responsible for leading a dispersed team of Field Service Employees in contract execution across the Western Canadian provinces in a safe and cost effective manner. Our ideal candidate has an industrial or technical background preferably in water and wastewater treatment solutions with experience managing personnel. Duties & Responsibilities (List 5-7 essential functions for the role, focusing on broader responsibilities) Lead a dispersed team of Field Service Employees within an assigned geography/contracts portfolio Manage contracts and operations at our customer sites to ensure a safe working condition, contract compliance, and financial performance Responsible for staffing and the development of Field Service Employees within your geography/contracts portfolio Responsible for operational metrics such as Environmental, Health and Safety performance, employee utilization, overtime and operational costs Leads operational & contract reviews with our customers on a regular basis Contributes to the development and maintenance of strong relationships with assigned customer portfolio Ability and willingness to work in a range of environments including heavy industrial facilities, light manufacturing facilities and commercial and institutional properties.
